Here are five questions you can ask yourself to establish your distinctive worth and translate it into a great resume that will catch a hiring manager's attention, based on my interview process as a career coach and resume creator.

What Challenges Are You Having With The Current Resume?
When was the last time you
gave your own resume
a thorough review to figure out what's

processes, think bigger or broader, create efficiency, develop a positive
culture, pivot towards a new direction, stay competitive, retain a client,
attract top talent, and so on?
Anything that relates to your
achievements and contributions should be highlighted and will help to boost
your resume.
5)
What Do You Feel Are The Top Skills And Strengths You Bring To The
Table?
What else can you give in
comparison to someone with equivalent qualifications, aside from the required
abilities to succeed in the role?
Understanding the specific
value you bring to a business and conveying that clearly and effectively is the
key to producing a successful resume. You may start narrowing down these areas
that are typically difficult to describe using the questions above, and develop
an effective narrative that advertises your unique experience, abilities, and
assets using the questions above.
